items may be refunded:

- must be in original packaging and in new condition
- 15% restocking fee will be applied
- we will refund shipping charges only in our error
- defective items will be replaced at no additional cost to you
- return authorization number must be obtained, prior to returning

or credits are subject to warranty evaluation. In the case of defective
components, return only the component. All returns must be preauthorized.
